Event spaces, especially when they are constrained into a parcel or a corner of a region, must make full use of the space they have available to them, and the place I am writing about today is one of the good examples of how this is done!

Rossini’s is a live music venue tucked away in the top left quarter of the Nova Cove region.  Taking up a quarter of a full estate (20 to 30k LI) they not only have builds going on at the ground level, some of which looks to be getting ready for winter, they also have their main club, a carnival and what looks like a soon-to-open Halloween style space up in the sky...
