MUSIC IN MOTION

Smile! It brightens someone’s day! Hello, I’m Dancerina Starlight, a proud Second Life (SL) resident since October 25, 2012. From day one, I immersed myself in SL, mastering its basics and beyond. Within months, I secured a hostess role at SMOKIN Aces Country Club, which led to joining the Frank’s Entertainment Group (FEG) as a hostess and Manager of the Day across multiple venues. Over time, my roles expanded to include stage management, writing, marketing, consulting, and reporting.

Outside of work, I volunteer at events like SL Birthday, Burn 2, and the Virtual Worlds Best Practices in Education Conference. I also collaborate with non-profits, enjoy meeting diverse people, and cherish meaningful connections. Dance remains my true passion, blending my real-life and

SL experiences. My RL dance background—owning a studio and teaching—fuels my SL endeavors.

In SL, I’ve danced with FEG, Ballet Pixelle, SLCS Cheerleaders, and others, honing my craft at Journey Academy of Performing Arts (JAPA) and Virtuoso. After graduating from JAPA’s Performing Arts Program in 2023, I’ve focused on choreography, set design, and advanced performances. Joining SCORE Magazine is an exciting next step, allowing me to explore dance’s storytelling power through the Music in Motion Corner. I’m thrilled to share stories, history, and insights with readers. REVERENCE~
